How far in advance should I book?
The best approach is simply to reach out as early as possible. Get in touch, let me know what you're planning, and I’ll send over my upcoming available dates so we can secure your spot.
Do we need a shot list for our shoot?
Short answer: it depends on your session! A casual portrait and detail shoot usually flows best without a rigid plan. However, if we're tackling a full-day brand overhaul across several locations, a detailed checklist ensures we don't miss a single crucial detail or fall behind on time.

How many images do I get?
Package upgrades are flexible and completely low-pressure. Every package (aside from the full-day session, which includes all final images) comes with three tiers. I always recommend choosing the base option upfront and deciding on additional photos once you've seen your finished gallery.
After our shoot, I curate and hand-retouch the very best images, delivering them to you in a private online gallery. When your link arrives, you can simply download your included package allocation or upgrade to individual images or full gallery access if you want more.
When can I expect to see my gallery?
Standard turnaround for your final gallery is up to 4 weeks, though I usually deliver within 2 to 3 weeks.
If you're working against a tight deadline, rush editing upgrades are available:
1-Week Turnaround: Guarantees your completed gallery within 7 days.
3–4 Day Turnaround: Subject to prior approval and schedule availability.
Who should be in the photos, and do I need to organize them?
Yes—if your shoot requires people, you will need to organize and schedule them yourself.
Team: Feature your actual team members working in their element or taking updated headshots.
Clients & Models: If you want customers enjoying your cellar door, venue, or products, invite friendly regulars, friends, or hire local talent.
Note: Always make sure anyone participating is briefed on the time, dressed appropriately for your brand, and happy to sign a standard talent release form for marketing use.
